I’ve been in business since I was a kid, way back in my primary school days when I bought a bicycle and used it for rentals. You know, growing up, we’ve all got big dreams—to become financially successful, have people working for us, and travel around the world wherever, whenever, and with whomever we desire.

Yes! That was me. I had an even bigger dream than what I’ve narrated. The saying, “Man proposes, God disposes,” was true in my case. Maybe there was something I wasn’t doing right? Because I tried my hands on a lot of businesses and even went on to learn new skills such as coding, programming, website/graphic design, architectural design, and many others. I somehow ended up realizing something was wrong or that I didn’t like what I was learning. I further moved on to learn some online skills like freelancing, affiliate marketing, network marketing, and other forms of marketing, but to no avail.

I started a trading business (buying and selling goods). I would travel to Kumasi, buy goods (footwear), and sell them on campus. And I failed. My last business on campus, immediately before the COVID-19 pandemic, was a food venture. With the help of a female friend, I was able to cook and sell food on campus in the evenings. The food venture was successful for a while until COVID-19 hit the world and spread to this part of the world in 2020.

During that same period, I met my former classmate, a passionate individual exploring the business world, who invited me to join him as a partner in his business.

It took me some time to accept his offer, maybe because of my recent failures, but I finally did. And I must say, the day I made that decision was the beginning of the change in my life.

Today, Champolo Health Store (CHS) has over four partners as suppliers all over the world, helping CHS fulfil its mission with Ayurvedic health supplements.

My story can’t end without acknowledging the constant help from family and friends. This website wouldn’t have been possible without a friend.

Everything I have today is a result of the friendships I built while growing up. Most of these friends have been supporting me immensely since we met, and I’m forever grateful.

In 2024, the company started its foundation (Ayason Charity Foundation), where the company donated some cash to the less privileged and needy.

1996 – 2016: I was born and spent most of my younger years in Accra. I attended school in Adabraka until I completed my Basic Education (BECE). I then moved to the northern part of the country and spent 3 years acquiring my NAPTEX Certificate in Bawku.

2016 – 2018: These years of my life were a decisive part of how my life would turn out from then onwards. I was a bit sceptical about who I was and what I intended to do with my life. At this time, I was helping my dad with his small businesses—something I’ve been doing all my life. I had completed my secondary education at Bawku Technical Institute. Today, I would say most of my decisions were the result of working in my dad’s small businesses.

2018 – 2021: I finally decided to further my education and went on to study HND Building Technology (BT) at Sunyani, located exactly in the middle part of the country.

Also, at this point, I had tried my hands on a few businesses, and for the most part, they all weren’t successful. I was desperate at this point, frustrated, and needed quick money. Refusing to take the long road, I was looking for quick pyramids to success.

2021 – 2022: This period was a blessing. Between these years, I made my first Cedis online, a feeling I won’t forget in a brief. In the coming months, I would combine my years of knowledge and experience into building my own platform (e-commerce), while working as a junior supervisor in the Estate Department, Koforidua.

2022 – 2024: I’m back in Accra, helping with my dad’s businesses, working on the night shift and working on my business during the day. It was hard, but I was able to get through it until I left my dad’s business and accepted a solo contract to work for a private company as a sales agent.

Today, Ayason Company is making more than enough as a newly registered company. With its subsidiaries, listed below:

2. Smart Hustle Tech – (Tech Designs Business)

Ayason only has one aim – to make life easier and healthier for everyone.
